Multiplier Event in Potenza: the Together We Can project promotes the inclusion of migrant women in rural areas

The European project Together We Can came to Potenza for its local multiplier event, organised at the headquarters of the local company Exeo Lab, a partner in the project. The meeting was an opportunity to present the results achieved, share good practices and strengthen dialogue with stakeholders and local actors involved in issues of inclusion and empowerment.

Together We Can was created with the aim of supporting the socio-economic inclusion of migrant women living in rural areas, where access to training, work and active participation is often hampered by structural and cultural barriers. The project has developed an innovative and replicable training model, designed to meet the specific needs of beneficiaries and educators working in the field.

During the event, Exeo Lab illustrated the project path and the activities implemented at the local level, highlighting the importance of European cooperation and the participatory approach adopted.

The project has produced concrete results, aimed at strengthening the skills of migrant women, stimulating entrepreneurship and promoting active participation in the social and economic life of rural communities.

Thanks to the synergy between public, private and third sector organisations, Together We Can is an example of good practice at European level. Exeo Lab will continue to support initiatives focused on educational innovation and inclusion, promoting the link between the local dimension and the European perspective.
