During the past 2 years, the Together We Can project aimed at developing innovative solutions for and raising awareness about migrant women living in rural communities and the challenges they face with regards to their active participation in education, employment, or training. During the transnational web conference, holistic and inclusive practices implemented in the project for the integration and active participation of migrant women in rural areas will be presented and discussed. Keynote speakers will reflect on the project outcomes, and an outlook will be given on future activities and prospects.
