On July 30th, VAEV R&D proudly hosted the Together We Can learning scheme training in Vienna, a powerful and transformative event tailored for migrant women. The workshop, led by adaptability coach Joe Maleh, focused on two essential skills: resilience and effective communication.
Do you know what resilience is or how important it can be for navigating life’s challenges? During the session, participants explored what resilience truly means, why it’s vital for personal and professional growth, and how to cultivate it. Joe Maleh guided the group through a journey of self-discovery, helping attendees recognize their unique strengths, experiences, and aspirations. Participants learned practical strategies to build resilience, equipping them to face challenges with confidence and determination.
The importance of communication was also emphasized as a key to building supportive communities and fostering understanding in new environments. The session offered practical tools to enhance communication skills, empowering participants to express themselves effectively and connect with others.
This empowering workshop was a testament to the strength of community and the belief that Together We Can create a brighter, more inclusive future.
